As a woman, and an owner of Revolution Automotive, I have learned a few things about the automotive service and repair market (good and bad) but here are a few of my bad experiences with independent repair facilities in the past:

  1. Often greasy, and most times uncomfortable, independent automotive repair garages' general lack of attention to the (female) customer kept me going back to the dealership time and again ... and until Revolution Automotive, I was paying more $$$ unnecessarily! 

  2. Cheaper does not always mean better.  Lesson learned early in life.  (Revolution Automotive is an economical choice, and Quality is our #1 priority!)

  3. Service advisors and mechanics often have tried to take advantage of my 'lack thereof' knowledge of car repair to convince me to dig even deeper into my pocket for a number of additional repairs and maintenance I probably didn't need. (Transparency and knowledge transfer to the consumer is a top priority for Revolution Automotive); and

  4. My children are viewed as a nuisance and not part of the customer package.  Happens 99% of the time (at most places now that I think of it ...)

Honest and trustworthy advice about your vehicle, its service, repair and/or manufacturer’s requirements.  Informing you about your vehicle's short and long-term service requirements is another top priority. (No one likes surprise (emergency) vehicle maintenance expenses, however inevitable sometimes);
