Nova Scotia Vehicle Compliance MVI - (Motor Vehicle Inspection)

Revolution Automotive is a registered motor vehicle inspection (MVI) station for the Province of Nova Scotia.

Revolution Automotive’s qualified technicians are trained to inspect and ensure your vehicle is safe and in compliance with NS guidelines. Inspections ensure your, and everyone else’s, safety on the road.

New Vehicles in Nova Scotia

• MVI inspections are valid for three (3) years on new vehicles.

Used Vehicles n Nova Scotia

• MVI inspections are valid for two (2) years (as long as compliance conditions have been met).

As a licensed MVI station, Revolution Automotive, on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia, ensures vehicles with serious operational concerns, or are generally unsafe, do not operate on our roads.

MVI inspections include, but are not limited to your vehicle's:

• Suspension and steering systems;
• Tires and associated rims;
• Signal and lighting systems;
• Fuel and exhaust systems;
• Brakes and braking systems;
• Windshield and other glass;
